Emotional stress and local trauma or injury to the mouth as it is the strong metal clamps, brush with a hard toothbrush and warm food to painful ulcers.
Cancer sores are small ulcer craters in the oral mucosa, which are often painful and sensitive. Cancer sores are very common. About 20% of the population (one in five) suffer from cancer sores at any time. Cancer sores are also known as aphthous ulcers or cancer medicine known stomatitis.

Note ... Cancer is not painful.

Wounds usually disappear without specific treatment. But measures can be taken to alleviate pain and discomfort and speed up the course. Treatments include topical medications (applied directly), mouthwash, and oral medications.

What types of topical medications (gels or creams) are available for cancer sores?
Current medications include ointments such as benzocaine (Oragel), which are available in pharmacies without a prescription. The ointment should be applied twice daily directly to the wound to reduce irritationING way of eating, drinking or washing. Current 2% lidocaine (an anesthetic) freezing is also used effectively in some patients, but may be associated with some difficulties, especially in children. In a very painful injection of local anesthetics can effectively relieve symptoms, but it is usually temporary.

The best advice is to consult with your doctor or dentist.
As at the weekend, a few words with your pharmacist.
