What do you eat or avoid to be healthy? - carbs in olive oil

Here are some things I have tried to eat or avoid to try to better health (with explanations as to why even if wrong):

7 raw almonds a day (good for the arteries I)
Blueberry yogurt (good for digestion and immunity, I think)
to avoid excess salt, sugar, carbohydrates, fried foods
Use only olive oil in the kitchen (arterial?)
OJ Consumption

I like pomegranate juice drink a lot, but it is too expensive

What have you eat or avoid to be healthy?

I eat about 3 1 / 2 tablespoons coconut oil per day. There are antibiotics, antifungals and antivirals properties.This is very good for my metabolism, immune system, the stable blood sugar and healthy carriers of HDL cholesterol.
